Flowix refers to Flowix, a company specialised in AI automation solutions, registered in the Netherlands. Client refers to any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Flowix for the use of its services. Services refers to all AI automation solutions, consultancy, and related activities provided by Flowix. Agreement refers to every arrangement between Flowix and the Client under which Flowix undertakes to deliver Services.
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Flowix. By using our services or entering into an agreement with Flowix, you accept these terms in full. Deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Flowix provides AI automation solutions that are configured and customised for each individual client. The scope and specifications of the services are determined per agreement based on the client's requirements. Flowix reserves the right to make changes to its services in order to improve functionality, security, or performance.
All prices are agreed upon per individual agreement and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, Flowix reserves the right to charge statutory interest and to suspend the delivery of services until all outstanding amounts have been settled.
All intellectual property rights relating to the services provided by Flowix, including but not limited to software, configurations, documentation, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Flowix. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for the duration of the agreement. The client may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the services without prior written consent from Flowix.
Flowix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. In the event that Flowix is held liable for direct damages, the total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to Flowix in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Flowix processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Flowix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
